1. Booking and Payment

Packages: All bookings must be made through our official booking page.

Payment: A security deposit is required at the time of booking. Remaining balances must be paid 24 hours before the event.

Payment Methods: We accept payments via Zelle and PayPal.

Cancellations: Deposits are non-refundable for cancellations made on the day of the event.

2. Event Policies

Maximum Capacity: A maximum of 15 passengers is allowed per booking.

Prohibited Items: Illegal substances, smoking, and weapons are strictly prohibited onboard.

Damages: The booking party is responsible for any damages caused to the vehicle during the event.

3. Safety and Conduct

Vybez On Wheelz reserves the right to terminate the event early if passengers engage in illegal or unsafe activities.

Professional drivers are provided to ensure a safe experience.

4. Liability

Vybez On Wheelz is not liable for lost or stolen items during the event.

Passengers are responsible for their own safety and the safety of their belongings.

5. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.
